Deep Water Creek Rainbowfish

(Beginners?- yes)(Grows to 5-6")(Temp 75-80)(How many- 3 or more, best in groups) The Deep Water Creek Rainbowfish offers a beautiful red color in maturity. Males will color more than females.  They like to swim in groups with a lot of swimming space. Tank size should be 30 gal or more.  Suitable with other active fish of similar size.  Feed flakes, small pellets, frozen foods and color foods, with some greens. (pH 7.0- 8.0) (Melanotaenia boesemani)
