Black Emperor Tetra

(Grows to 2")( Temp 73-80)( pH 5.6-7.2)  This is the smaller more peaceful empeor tetra.  Does best in groups of 6 or more.  Should be kept with other small peaceful fish.  Prefers dim lighting and will show its colours better over a dark substrate. It looks superb in a heavily planted setup decorated with pieces of bogwood and twisted roots, perhaps with a layer of surface vegetation to dim the lighting a touch. (Nematobrycon amphiloxus)
