Red Hawkfish

(Grows to- 5")(Reef?-yes) Can be potentially aggressive, especially to smaller fish and should not be housed with them.  Do not have a swim bladder and will sink when they stop swimming.  Will often perch on corals or gorgonians in the wild and appear to mimic that behavior on live rock in captivity.  They are carnivores and should be fed meaty items such as mysis shrimp or enriched brine shrimp as well as prepared foods like Forumula 1. (Cyprinocirrhites polyactis)
