Fast moving with a high metabolism and should be provided with a well oxygenated, mature tank and frequent feedings of small, planktonic foods. Arctipods, Plankon, Brine Shrimp, as well as flake and sm. pellet foods. (Pseudanthias tuka). Also called the Yellowstriped Fairy Basslet


A plankton producing refugium or deep sand bed is advised to provide a constant source of small foods.  In nature they are often found in hremic groups, but in an aquarium they can be kept as singles.  Do not stock more than one male per tank.   Males are more colorful.    Tanks with live rock are required.
