Also called American microsword. An easy to grow plant that reproduces by runners. Can be kept in aquariums, terrariums and ponds. Moderate to higher lighting will keep this plant shorter. Lower lighting will result in taller grass. Can be trimmed to encourage faster carpeting.  (Litorella Uniflora)
