Harlequin Rasbora

(Beginners?-yes)(Grows to- 2")(Temp-70-80)(How many?- 2 or more)  A peaceful and hardy fish, suitable for  community tanks with other small peaceful fish. They look best in schools in well planted tanks. They are always out front and never aggressive toward any fish.  Prefers a slightly acid pH of 6.0-6.8.  Suitable for tanks 6 gal. and up.  Adult males are slimmer. (Rasbora heteromorpha)

Tank mates:  Keep them with other small peaceful fish.  Some good choices are Brilliant Rasbora,  Red Eye Tetra, Bleeding Heart Tetra, Flame Tetra, Cherry Barb, Corydoras Catfish,  Brisstlenose Catfish.  This fish is one of our favorite fish to recommend to beginners with community tanks of small peaceful fish.
