Grows to 2.2"
General: A shy species that must be kept with other slow moving peaceful fish. Provide them with bushy plants for hiding. They like warm water. Temperature 78-82. Good tank mates include rams, small peaceful tetras, dwarf gouramis, croaking gouramis and honey gouramis. Do not mix them in an active community tank.
Feeding: They have small mouths, They accept a variety of standard foods such as flake food, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp. Feed 2-3 times a day.
