(Beginners?- yes)(Grows to 4")(Temp 75-80)(How many- 3 female/1 male ratio) The Boesmoni Rainbow is a very colorful fish especially as it matures. Males will color more than females.  They like to swim in groups with a lot of swimming space. Tank size should be 30 gal or more.  Suitable with other active fish of similar size.  Feed flakes, small pellets, frozen foods and color foods, with some greens.  (Melanotaenia boesemani)
