An interesting fish also known as the Mexican Tetra. The "blind cave" version of this fish is a cave dwelling species that has evolved to have no eyes. The eyes have skin grown over them to protect them from being damaged in the dark confines of caves. The fish use their lateral line to sense what is around them and find their way around in caves.
